| Tug Charter Inquiry |
| Dear Good day. We are currently looking to charter two tugs with the following specifications: Bollard Pull (BP): 10-20 Max Draft: 2.5 - 2.8 meters Built: 2014 or newer Location: Qatar Scope of Work: Excavation and backfilling of a 1.8 km trench from nearshore, with water depths ranging from 0 to 8 meters. The project is in a brownfield area, with existing utilities, including oil and gas pipelines. The purpose of the trench is to place two 10" HDPE conduits for pulling two Fiber Optic Cables (FOC), to be carried out by McDermott upon completion of backfilling. The tugs will be utilized for anchor placements and positioning of excavator barges. Our client is interested in a charter for a period of 6 months, with an option for an additional 6 months.
